General Requirements
This program is specially designed for students who :
i. Have not met the entry requirement for UiTM diploma programmes.
ii. Bumiputera ONLY
Students who have completed the pre diploma commerce can pursue their diploma program in any one of the following fields:
- Business Management
- Administrative Science & Policy Studies
- Hotel and Tourism Management
- Accountancy
- Sports Science and Recreational (by interview process)
- Information Management
- Art and Design (by interview process)
- Creative Technology and Artistic (by interview process)
Admision Requirements (Minimun Qualification)
- Pass SPM/SPMV or equivalent; and
- Three (3) credits at SPM/SPMV level which includes Bahasa Melayu; and
- Pass in Mathematics/Additional Mathematics and English Language
Core Subjects
Essential Mathematics, English for Pre-Diploma, Basic Entrepreneurship, Pengantar Pembangunan Insan (for muslim student only), Pengantar Etika Sosial (for non-muslim student)

Job opportunities include supervisory and junior management positions in both the private and public organizations.
Oppurtunities For Futher Study
- Holders of this diploma can proceed directly into the third semester of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the Faculty of Business Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Graduates can also further their studies at any local or foreign universities

Students enrolling in the programme would have a great learning experience since they will be trained and guided in a friendly environment. The programme has been recognized by various industries since it was first offered , and this reflects the importance of office administration and management in all types of organizations. As such, the programme is offered as a full-time as well as a part-time basis.
Course work is facilitated via lecturers, actual problem solving, seminars, internship, and hands-on experience. The duration of study will be three years

About
It is a unique programme as it blends both the technical and managerial perpectives of office systems. In addition, it is the first degree programme offered in Malaysia that specializes in the area of office management and technology. Currently, no other local universities of colleges offer a similar programme.
Being pioneers in this field, students majoring in this programme will have vast opportunities to explore and discover many aspects of office systems, which have not been given prominence before. Considering the recognition from the industries and various teaching and learning methodologies via lectures, actual problem-solving, seminars and office practicum, no applicant should miss the chance to enrol in this programme.

4. | UiTM Diploma in Secretarial Science (SS10) or other Diploma in Executive Secretaryship (SS14) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and two (2) years working experience in a related field. OR |
5. | Diploma from other accredited institutions recognized by the Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA of 3.00. AND Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least five (5) credits including Bahasa Melayu, English and a pass in Mathematics. OR |
6. | Diploma from other accredited institutions recognized by the Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 and two (2) years working experience in a related field. AND Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least five (5) credits including Bahasa Melayu, English and a pass in Mathematics. OR |
7. | Passed Pre-Law UiTM (P1005/P1006) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00. OR |

Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in three (3) subjects including Pengajian Am. |
