• Ensure that the number of course codes for each lecturer does not exceed 3 codes per semester.
• Ensure feedback to students on the assessment of quizzes or tests within 14 working days.
• Ensure that the passing rate for each course is 75% and above.
• Ensure that the student's assessment index of lecturers (SUFO) is above 80%.
• Ensure 100% teaching and learning in accordance with the established syllabus.

• The rate of course failures is less than 25%.
• The number of full-time students graduating with a CGPA above 3.00 is 60%
• Student's failure rate is less than 3%.
• Students who have obtained a Dean's Award above 10%.
• Students who have obtained a Vice Chancellor Award above 1%.
• Students graduating on time (GOT) above 90%.
