Internal Management Meetings (MPD)

Internal Management Meeting (MPD), a meeting of experts to present the Annual Target (SKT) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of their Division and report achievements and problems or issues of implementation.

MPD through this all Heads of Division informed of progress and development of the latest activities of the entire campus, identifying tasks and responsibilities which should also be implemented as a result of developments elsewhere and share inspiration and responsibility in solving whatever problems and issues in a Division.

This means MPD holds the main objective to make sure every part perform their respective functions properly and clearly measurable achievements.

MPD also provide input to the ME in decision-making at the policy level.

Main objectives of MPD:

  • Make sure each division perform their respective functions in an orderly and clear and measurable achievements
  • Provide input to the ME in decision-making at the policy level

Through the MPD, Head of Division in charge:

  • Presents the Annual Target (SKT) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of their Division
  • Report on achievements and problems or issues of SKT and each KPI Division
  • Get the latest information on the progress and development of the entire campus activities
  • Identify the duties and responsibilities should also be implemented as a result of developments elsewhere
  • Share ideas and responsibility in solving whatever problems and issues in a Division
