Our responsibilities encompass the management and development of the UiTM Pahang human resources while facilitating other supporting administrative job. Under the HR management division, we regulate the recruitment of new staffs and ensure flow of management in relation with employment opportunities and thus manage staff service records. We also ensure our staff development by delivering comprehensive training and scholarship opportunities. The HR development division coordinates these opportunities. We too offer the provision of support in the maintenance of staff records. We also meet other staff needs by providing support in areas such as transportations, mail distributions, staff accommodations and lastly administering files and records management.
Customer's Service Policy
Recruitments & record service
- We administer the staff recruitment process at UiTM Pahang in three months time after its closing date.
- We supervise staffs’ job confirmation process and the retirement program while adhering to rules and condition.
- We oversee that all staff service records are always current and accurate.
- We promise to dispense medical certification letter within 30 minutes.
Trainings & scholarships
- We provide real time information to all staffs on job development opportunities as advertised or training schedules as received from various sources.
- Upon receiving completed training applications, a two-week processing policy is followed.
- We sustain all training attendance records and reports submitted by the staffs.
- All staffs’ scholarships applications will be forwarded to the providers promptly.
- We prioritise certification process of completed medical claims and benefits from the group insurance scheme within 5 working days.
- We also rectify and certify all claims for services received and equipment purchases in 5 working days upon receiving official receipts.
- We urgently confirm completed claims of all allowance payments for staff services in seven days.
- Other than that, we certify claims on staffs’ medicinal supplements in seven days upon receiving completed claim forms.
File & Record Management
- We maintain all documents and records and they can be traced within three minutes if file / document name is clearly stated.
- All files are shelved complying with the UiTM unique filing and record management system.
- We guarantee all internal formal and mail distributions between division and departments are made within twenty-four hours.
- We urgently sent formal external letters within twenty-four hours.
- We make sure the security of mails and goods delivery is guarded.
- We respond to request on meeting and training rooms’ usages within a day.
- We shall prepare these facilities latest in an hour before needed.
- The reply towards the request on the guesthouse bookings shall be confirmed within twenty-four hours.
- We accurately and timely up date the e-leave taking services to maximize the satisfaction of our users.
